At Stepney Hill Farm, we take a traditional approach to producing our meat. Our cows, sheep, and pigs are naturally reared on our clover-rich pastures, where they are allowed to grow and develop at their own pace in a calm, low-stress environment. This natural approach results in high-quality meat with exceptional flavour, something that simply can’t be achieved through intensive, mass-production methods.

We accompany our animals to a trusted local abattoir, ensuring the journey is kept as calm and stress-free as possible. The experienced and professional team there carry out a swift and humane process, and we always receive our own carcasses back.

Our skilled team of butchers then carefully prepare each cut, allowing us to offer fresh, locally produced meat that can be cut, packed, and prepared to suit your requirements.

Our butchery is open Thursday to Saturday, 9am–3pm.

About Our Lamb & Mutton

Our lamb and mutton are naturally reared on our clover-rich grasses, producing meat that is fresh, local, and naturally produced. Carefully prepared by our butcher, each pack offers excellent quality and full, rich flavour. Perfect for roasting, grilling, or slow cooking, our selection is a great way to enjoy delicious, farm-reared meat at home.
